Forenna Hostel provides 16 spacious, bright, and comfortable rooms that are allocated on two floors. All rooms are generously equipped with twin beds, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, sink, hair dryer, toiletries, and towels. How does check-in work?

Here is how our check-in process works: after you complete your booking, we will send you a link to your online check-in. Click on the link as soon as you receive it to check in yourself and all your guests. Once everyone has checked in, your check-in is complete. All you need to do to enter the building and your room is to pick up your key from the kiosk, located at the entrance of Garau Petit Hotel 200 meters away from Forenna. With this key you can come and go as you please as well as access your room.

How does the kiosk work?

Our kiosk, located at Garau Petit Hotel 200 meters away from Forenna, is the hotel reception during your arrival. Here, you can finish checking in the guests of your reservation if you have not done so during the online check-in, as well as finish paying any outstanding amount. Keep the ticket provided by the kiosk, which contains information such as wifi and contact telephone number. Check-in is from 14:00, so the kiosk will not let you check-in before that time. If you have arrived earlier, you can book our luggage lockers so that you can leave your luggage and go and enjoy your holiday while we prepare your room.
*Remember that we have the obligatory Balearic eco-tax for your stay of €1.10 per person per day.

What happens if I arrive before the 14:00 check-in time?

If you have arrived before check-in time, unfortunately we cannot let you up to your room as we are still preparing it, but you can book our luggage lockers so that you can leave your luggage and go and enjoy your holiday while we prepare your room.

How does the check-out work?

To complete your check-out simply leave your key in the key box by the front door – great! isn’t it?

If there is no reception, who can I talk to if I have questions or concerns?

We have a reception service from 09:00 to 14:00 and a security service throughout the night, if you have any doubts or questions outside these hours our team is available 24/7 on the contact phone number provided during check-in, always via WhatsApp or Telegram (no calls are taken).

☺It is an awesome option for the price. I would really recommend this place for its comfort.

☺First ever hostel we stopped. It was better than expected. 3 showers/toilets downstairs with doors. So you do get privacy. Sink in my room so you can brush teeth, wash face etc.. Lovely cleaning staff. Absolutely Fantastic. Will come back 😃 A*
